We offer Muay Thai Coaching in both Classes and Muay Thai Personal Training at Anytime Fitness in Milton. We aren’t fight oriented however Dean teaches the traditional art of Muay Thai and ensures you’re learning and progressing each session.
What is Muay Thai?
Muay Thai is a sport that’s great for building self-defence skills, it’s amazing for fitness and it’s a great way to meet new people. You will learn about the 8 weapons of Muay Thai, how to execute them and also how to hold pads when you’re on the receiving end. Classes & PT encompass a combination of skipping, shadow boxing, pad & bag work, clinching, sparring and fitness.
