Why do we offer this? We want you to find the best fit for you and your goals – whether that’s us or not. This free session is a great way for you to come in to our PT Studio in Milton, Brisbane, and meet our Personal Trainers, Exercise Physiologists and Nutritionists. In this initial session, we’ll do some goal setting with you, we’ll run you through a functional movement screening and then we’ll put you through a full body workout. We’ll also do an Evolt360 Body Composition Scan with you. The session runs for 60-90 minutes and you’ll leave having worked hard and having learnt a lot.

What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include: names, addresses, email addresses, phone and facsimile numbers.
