Here at Cutting Edge Performance Centre, we run our challenges a little differently. Other challenges solely focus on weight loss, and while that is definitely still a part of ours, we like to focus on other aspects as well. For example, we focus on strength improvements, fitness improvements, education around training & nutrition and much more. We want you to finish the 8 weeks feeling stronger, leaner, fitter and more educated!
