8 Week Challenge

Dates: Monday, 20th September – Friday, 12th November

Here at Cutting Edge Performance Centre, we run our challenges a little differently. Other challenges solely focus on weight loss, and while that is definitely still a part of ours, we like to focus on other aspects as well. For example, we focus on strength improvements, fitness improvements, education around training & nutrition and much more. We want you to finish the 8 weeks feeling stronger, leaner, fitter and more educated!

WHO IS INVOLVED IN THIS CHALLENGE?

KELLY O'LEARY
KELLY O'LEARYSTRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH
Kelly will be the main coach for this challenge. She’ll be taking care of your training, your accountability and your tracking.
DEAN WEISS
DEAN WEISSOWNER & EXERCISE PROFESSIONAL
Dean will be your nutrition coach throughout the challenge. He & Kelly will work together to ensure you’re tracking towards your goals!
NIKKI HARRIS
NIKKI HARRISMANAGER
Nikki will be your go-to person if you have any questions or need any guidance. She will also be involved in the group cardio sessions and will be taking progress photos & videos for you (if you’re into that!)
