Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) are high level health professionals who design, deliver and evaluate safe and effective exercise for a wide range of people. Our AEP, Nicholas Cook, uses a scientific & results focused approach to exercise & movement to aid in rehabilitation or management of injury & chronic disease. We are a registered NDIS and DVA provider and private health rebates may apply depending on your provider and level of cover. Our Personal Training sessions are 45 minutes long and can be 1-on-1 if you prefer training by yourself or 2-on-1 if you want to train with your partner or a friend. All of our PT packages include; # of 45 min session/s, a training program tailored specifically to you, your goals and how many days a week you like to train and also nutrition coaching if that’s something you’re interested in. We have two types of kids classes which are determined by age. Our ‘kids’ class is for ages 5-10yrs and our ‘teens’ class is for ages 11-16 years. In a 60 minute session, both age groups will do a combination of the following; the beep test, weight lifting (deadlifts and back squats), chin ups, push ups, burpees, lunges, kickboxing/Muay Thai and always a few games to finish. These classes are catered for all fitness levels and abilities.
Depending on your goals, nutrition is arguably more important than training. Having a nutrition plan, or some nutritional guidance, can assist with weight or fat loss, chronic disease management, diabetes management, gut issues and much more. Our in-house Nutritionists will run through your medical and social history, your current body composition and your main health & fitness goals. From there, they’ll develop a game plan moving forward. You’ll walk away with either a Meal Plan or Macros, depending on your preferences and experiences.
We offer a variety of Muay Thai Classes each week, alongside Muay Thai Personal Training. We aren’t a fighters gym howeverour team will ensure you’re learning correct technique and that you’re progressing in each & every session. All of our coaches teach the traditional art of Muay Thai and absolutely love introducing beginners to the sport. Our classes run Monday – Thursday and we offer Muay Thai Personal Training Monday – Saturday. Classes are capped at 10 people to ensure each client receives adequate attention. In regards to our Muay Thai PT, these can be done on your own, or you can share the session with a friend. Our Strength & Conditioning classes are quickly becoming a favourite among clients. All of the sessions are designed over a 6 week period and vary between straight strength training and a combination of strength and conditioning. We keep our class sizes small (max 10) to ensure you receive enough attention and guidance. Dean is a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. He specialises in Body Recomposition and Bodybuilding Coaching. Dean has personally put 50+ people on stage, in the best shape of their life, over the past 5 years. Dean has also competed in, and won, Bodybuilding Competitions in the past.
NICHOLAS COOKEXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
Nicholas (Nick) is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and has many years experience training a wide range of clients. Nick is very knowledgable and has proved this through aiding in the rehabilitation of many injuries & chronic diseases. Nick also has a powerlifting background and is a qualified Powerlifting Coach.

Dylan is back! Our token Irishman is back and is here to stay. Dylan is our Strength & Conditioning Coach and takes on a lot of our weight loss clients, as well as sports specific clients. He also takes a bunch of our S&C Group Classes.
