Need a Meal Plan? Looking to build a healthy relationship with food? We’ve got you covered. Jennifer Pfeifler is our in-house Sports Dietitian. Her background is predominately with Athletes and/or Disordered Eating. Jen offers Initial & Follow-up Consultation for Nutrition & PT clients alike.
Dean has brought his Muay Thai coach, Soren, over from the Northside for you all. Soren is a Muay Thai fighter himself and has been coaching clients for many years now. Sessions go for 30 minutes, and believe us, that’s more than long enough. You’ll be sweaty, you’ll be spent but you’ll have a great time doing it! Enquire about a free Muay Thai trial today!
Small group training is another new service we’re offering. These sessions are 60 minutes long and are capped at up to 4 people. These sessions are still Personal Training and will be predominantly strength based, but as always, will be structured around your main health & fitness goals. Grab some friends and come in for a free trial session! We also run a free Bootcamp every Saturday at 7am for all clients and non-clients.

DEAN WEISSOWNER, DIRECTOR & HEAD COACH
Dean is a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. He specialises in Body Recomposition and Bodybuilding Coaching. Dean has personally put 50+ people on stage, in the best shape of their life, over the past 5 years. Dean has also competed in, and won, Bodybuilding Competitions in the past.
NICHOLAS COOKEXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
Nicholas (Nick) is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and has many years experience training a wide range of clients. Nick is very knowledgable and has proved this through aiding in the rehabilitation of many injuries & chronic diseases. Nick also has a powerlifting background and is a qualified Powerlifting Coach.
ALEX BEEVERSPERSONAL TRAINER
Alex is in her final year of study to become an Exercise Physiologist – she is also a qualified Personal Trainer. Alex is our head Bodybuilding Coach and takes care of all customised programming for those clients. She’s extremely knowledgable & experienced in Body Recomposition.
Jennifer (Jen) is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a Sports Dietitian. She has extensive experience working with Athletes and with Disordered Eating. Although Jen predominantly works within those spaces, she’s also extremely knowledgable about body recomposition and building a healthy relationship with food.
