SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small group training is another new service we’re offering. These sessions are 60 minutes long and are capped at up to 4 people. These sessions are still Personal Training and will be predominantly strength based, but as always, will be structured around your main health & fitness goals. MUAY THAI COACHING
Dean has brought his Muay Thai coach, Soren, over from the Northside for you all. Soren is a Muay Thai fighter himself and has been coaching clients for many years now.
