I love strength and conditioning!
My passion for health and fitness first started when I did a short stint of nursing at QUT in 2012 and discovered just how much I loved anatomy and physiology.
From there I completed my Certificates III and IV in Fitness in 2014 and in 2015 enrolled in a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at QUT becoming a certified powerlifting coach along the way.
Fast forward to this year and I’m completing the final year of my degree and looking to train anyone and everyone, I’ve trained 90-year-old grandmas to high level powerlifters and everything in between.

the average joe looking to gain strength or size, learn how to move correctly or rehabilitate an injury.
