I love Strength and Conditioning!
My passion for Strength and Conditioning, and all things Health & Fitness, first started when I did a short stint of Nursing at QUT in 2012. I discovered just how much I loved Anatomy and Physiology and decided to pursue that avenue.
From there I completed my Certificates III and IV in Fitness in 2014 and in 2015, enrolled in a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at QUT and became a certified Powerlifting Coach along the way.
Fast forward to this year and I’m completing the final year of my degree and looking to train anyone and everyone. I’ve trained 90-year-old Grandmas, to high level powerlifters and everything in between.
