I’m an energetic, passionate exercise physiology student graduating from UQ halfway through 2019. I’ve got certificates 3 and 4 in fitness, community coaching, and a strong background in performance and rehabilitation. I thrive on applying my skills in problem solving, health management and rehabilitation to tailor creative solutions that empower and inspire everyone that I meet.

What separates me as a coach and as a lifestyle influence is my adaptable style and methodical critical thinking that gives me the range to work with any individual. My holistic approach will tackle every facet of your life with honesty and determination. Every time I step into the studio, I’m using every minute we’ve got together to work towards our goals, because the journey that we will go through together isn’t something either of us can do in isolation, but together we will be unstoppable.
