Cutting Edge Performance Centre offers online coaching for both exercise & nutrition plans. We don’t just give you these plans and send you on your way – we are with you every step of the way. Every online program begins with a 60 minute online, over the phone or in-person, consultation to assess where you’re at with your training & nutrition at the moment, and what is and isn’t working for you.
What’s involved in our online programs?
Our qualified Exercise Physiologists, Scientists and Personal Trainers will develop a training program suited to your body and your goals. This will be done through assessing the following:
- What are you currently doing for training?
- How many times a week you are training, and how long for?
- Where are you training? I.e. Gym, Home, Work etc.
- What weight can you lift?
- Deadlift 1RM
- Barbell Squat 1RM
- Bench 1RM
- How many chin-ups can you do in 1 minute?
- How many push-ups can you do in 1 minute?
- What sort of cardio do you like doing ?
- I hate cardio
From there, our Nutritionists & Dieticians will develop a customised meal plan and macros for you to follow. This will be updated as you progress through the program also, like your training program will. To develop this program, we will use a Metabolic Health Screen initially and you will be required to track your meals and all progress, weekly.
What else will you have access to?
As a part of the program, you’ll have 24/7 access to all of our Exercise Physiologists, Personal Trainers, Nutritionists & Dieticians. We want you to achieve your goals and we’ll do everything we can to get you there. Additionally, you’ll have access to a private YouTube channel which has a database of ‘Technique Tips & Tricks’ for your training. In this database, we also have stretching & mobility videos.
