Each and every client that comes through the studio will first meet with Dean, who is the owner and Director of the Personal Training Studio in Milton.

Dean will sit down with you for an assessment, helping both client and coach clearly identify and understand your goals and begin the assessment procedure.

From there we will run through a light workout and functional testing. This will identify dysfunctions that we need to asses and fix! From there, we will line you up with the most suitable Private Personal Trainers the studio has to offer.

We will match your personality, skill level and preference to one of our highly accredited Personal Trainers. This will help in building strong and efficient PT Client-Coach relationships.

Too busy? Bad at time management?

Awesome! We love busy people. We understand that not everyone can make it to the gym everyday at every time. In addition, lets face it, that’s not the best way to train either.

That is the exact reason why we are appointment based – You can get great results from just 2 Personal Training sessions per week. In those two sessions, we will be actively turning your body into a fat burning, muscle-building machine.
