What happens when you choose to train with us?

Each and every client that comes to the studio will first meet with Dean who is the owner and director of the performance centre. Dean will then sit down with you and have a chat, to help get a good idea and understanding of goals you’d like to achieve and get to the root of your motivations for getting in to your goals. From there we run you through a light workout to start and assess the way you move to see if we have any dysfunctions that we need to asses and when we program a plan for you we don’t promote these dysfunctions by identifying and rectifying by strengthening and lengthening the musculature around these dysfunctions. We will also line you up with the best one on one personal trainer that is suited to you and your needs from personality and skill level because let’s face it if you don’t like your trainer then you’re most probably not going to want to hang out with them (good thing we only put on awesome trainers).

Too busy? Bad at time management?

Awesome! we love the busy people, we understand that not everyone can make it to the gym everyday and lets face it, that’s not the best way to train either. That is the exact reason why we are appointment based, and you can get great results from just 2 half hour sessions per week. In those 2 sessions per week we will be actively turning your body into a fat burning machine by raising your heart rate to 80-90% of your max heart rates.
