Brisbane Mums & Bubs, this is for you!
After a lot of requests, we’ve put on a “Mums & Bubs Strength Class” on a Tuesday & Thursday at 12pm. Classes are designed specifically for Mum’s with a focus on pelvic floor-friendly exercises, rebuilding strength & getting fit again post-bub.
Classes are held at our Brisbane Gym in Milton & will be $28pp. Spaces are limited to 4 Mums per day to ensure you get all the attention you need! All babies & kids are welcome in the studio too – we have a cot and an area where they can hang out & watch you train.
